Reviews and Ratings
Entering the executive room at the Radisson Grafton was unique with a split-level setting including a few steps down to the bedroom area. The hotel's location is superb for easy access to the train station, theaters, bars, restaurants, and shopping. While the gluten-free bread at breakfast was a nice touch, the dining selection was a bit mundane. Staff were friendly and helpful, although there were minor issues with undisclosed charges and the lack of a VAT invoice.
The hotel was located right next to the lift, which was not the best, and the rooms, although clean and well-appointed, came at a steep price of £120 for one night. Unfortunately, noise from the lift could be heard throughout the room, disturbing sleep until the early hours of the morning.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were well-appointed and comfortable, but the lack of soundproofing made it challenging to work or sleep due to overheating and noise from neighbors. The location was excellent, with easy access to the Underground and shops, but there were some issues with the dining experience regarding personal questions asked during check-in. The service was exceptional in terms of professionalism and friendliness, but some information provided seemed questionable. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The noisy rooms made it hard to rest properly, but the service was excellent and the location was super convenient for exploring London.
I found the hotel to be the only reasonably priced option in London just before Christmas, offering a decently sized and very clean room. Although it overlooked a busy road, the actual room didn't match the photos and was not as luxurious as other Radisson Blu hotels.
The hotel offers typical European-sized rooms, clean and nice, although a bit noisy at times. It's a tidy place, exactly what you'd expect in London. The service was a mix; some staff were super friendly and helpful, while others seemed disinterested. Location-wise, it's very convenient, right next to Warren Street station, but can get a bit crowded. Dining was overpriced, with long wait times for basic items, but the quality seemed decent. Overall, a decent stay considering the value for money.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were comfortable and clean but too cold despite efforts to improve the temperature, leading to a difficult night before a busy day ahead. The service was exceptional, although the unexpected 'discretionary' tip at the bar was a bit off-putting. The location was perfect for my needs, with easy access to the tube station and welcoming reception staff. The dining experience had its highs and lows, with excellent food options but at a steep price. Overall, a mixed bag of experiences.
The hotel's location is fantastic, just a short walk from Euston mainline station and close to Warren Street and Euston Square tube stations, making it easy to explore all areas of London. The rooms, while slightly dated compared to the lobby, provide a comfortable stay but could benefit from modernization. The service from the staff was top-notch, with polite and efficient assistance. The dining options were great, although the additional Saturday charge seemed a bit excessive. Overall, a convenient place with excellent service and room for improvement in room modernization.
My stay at the hotel was quite the mix of pros and cons. The rooms were quite dark with a bad drainage smell in the bathroom where the bed is located, but the birthday card with a mini cheesecake and giant Ferrero Rocher was a lovely surprise. The service was friendly though somewhat inexperienced. The location was ideal for exploring key attractions around London. The dining experience was nice, with a reasonable choice available. Overall, a good value for the money.
I stayed over to join friends for a SOHO night out and have the convenience of getting to London St Pancras the next morning. The room was very pleasant, but it didn't meet my expectation regarding heating and had a slight smell of sewage. The location was super convenient with a 15-minute stroll to Soho and next to Warren St tube station.
The hotel is conveniently located next to Warren Street station, making it easy to explore London. The rooms were clean and secure, though a bit on the small side. The service was extremely polite and accommodating, adding a nice touch with cakes in the room. The dining experience was good overall, with food cooked to order. The location was excellent for our London activities, close to Covent Gardens and theater land.
The hotel's location is fantastic, allowing easy access to Euston Station and nearby amenities. The rooms, though needing a change due to size and noise, offer a premium level experience. The service, despite some struggles, stands out for its helpfulness. The dining experience was a mixed bag, with some areas needing improvement, while the facilities add value to the stay.
My stay at the hotel was mixed. Despite the smaller room size than expected and being charged for a deluxe room, the room was surprisingly quiet with a view of the rear of the hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful when I fell ill on the day of check-out, providing me with a room to rest until we were ready to leave, although there was a miscommunication regarding an unexpected 'discretionary' tip added to my bar bill without notice. The location was superb, just a 2-minute walk to Warren Tube Station, making it easy to access all the tourist attractions. The dining experience was lovely and satisfying for the day ahead, and the facilities met my needs during my stay.
The hotel's location near Warren station and Tottenham Court Road is super convenient, making accessibility to central London easy. The rooms were a bit small and could be noisy when it's late at night due to the proximity to the station, but they were clean and comfortable overall. The dining options were good, though a bit overpriced for what they offered. The service was friendly, but check-in took longer than expected despite online check-in. The facilities were adequate, with a comfortable room at an affordable price.
The hotel offers a comfortable stay with some noise disturbances. Service could be more attentive, with minor language barriers. The location is convenient for exploring London with easy access to transportation. Dining options are satisfactory with accommodating staff.
